A bit about the role

Strategy Breakdowns is a 3-minute weekly newsletter on the strategy playbooks and growth hacks that built the world's greatest companies. Over 100,000+ folks from companies like Google, Meta, Netflix, Stripe, and Snapchat read our weekly emails.

We have a world-class lineup of sponsors including Atlassian, Notion, Clay, Vanta, and Attio, and a growing library of paid educational resources / courses / templates for people who want to get better at strategy, product, and growth.

Your role involves crafting compelling, well-researched strategy case studies about technology companies on a weekly basis.

This will start as a contract role. 1 breakdown per week, then scaling to 2 per week. We'll work closely together - I'll be very hands-on with editing and feedback, especially early on.

Over time, there's room to transition to full-time and take on much more, for example:

• Writing a weekly roundup/curation email
• Managing sponsored breakdowns (working with sponsors to write about their strategies)
• Building landing pages, email funnels, surveys etc
• Creating content for StrategyHub (our strategy education program)
• Creating social content for 130k+ followers
• Creating visuals (e.g. infographics, charts, carousels)

I don't know exactly what this role becomes. That depends on you. But I'm looking for someone who could eventually manage and grow a real part of this thing!
